Over half of ComLink+ families have achieved stability: MSF

More than half of the over 9,000 low-income families under ComLink+ have achieved stability. The Social and Family Development Ministry says these families have secured employment, a home and enrolled their children in preschools. It adds that these are some of the first steps for them to reach longer-term goals. As Nikhil Khattar finds out, the ministry's report also highlighted other challenges.
