P. Diddy Fights $100 Million Judgment After Inmate Won Sexual Assault Case

Sean “Diddy” Combs wants a Michigan judge to set aside a massive default judgment against him, saying he was improperly served notice of the lawsuit and can also prove that the allegations are false. Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, a prison inmate, claims Combs drugged and sexually assaulted him at a party in 1996. Because Combs didn’t respond to the suit, the court entered a default judgment against him for $100 million.
