Syria's new administration says it's willing to work with international organisations to secure potential chemical weapons sites. It's also promised to hold accountable anyone involved in torturing and killing detainees in state prisons. Tens of thousands of Syrians were forcibly disappeared during Assad's rule. One of them was found dead in a prison near Damascus on Wednesday. Mazen al-Hamada was an activist who spoke out about the torture he endured behind bars. His funeral will be held in the coming hours. Al Jazeera's Resul Serdar has more from Damascus, Syria.
