Panama commemorates canal handover despite Trump’s call for US control

Panama's government has held a ceremony to mark the 25th anniversary of gaining control of one of the world's most important waterways. The US relinquished control of the Panama Canal on December 31st, 1999. But US President-elect Donald Trump is now threatening to take it back.
