Parents hesitant to send children to nursery

Although the island is returning to a state of normalcy following the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems some parents are still hesitant to send their children to nursery schools. Principal of Thelma Berry Nursery in St. David's Christ Church, Katie Riley, disclosed enrollment numbers for the upcoming school year are still down compared to the pre-pandemic period. Ms. Riley adds there are numerous benefits to exposing children to nursery education.
