PARENTS TO FACE LEGAL JEOPARDY OVER VIOLENT CRIMES COMMITTED BY CHILDREN

Attorney General Sir Steadroy Benjamin says legislation to hold parents responsible for the violent actions of their children in certain circumstances could be a reality within months. However, he insists there will be public consultations before the debate takes place among lawmakers. Cherilyn Beazer reports.
