But there's obviously more to it... For most Olympians, it's all about overcoming adversity and providing the opportunity to change mindsets. In the edition of The Hub, Wang Guan was in Paris and sat down with Riadh Sallem, a disabled Olympian in wheelchair rugby and wheelchair basketball and also a member of the French Paralympic Sports Committee, to discuss his passion for sports, against all odds, and how the Paralympics can help to look at disability differently. Sallem says that sports channel negative energy into positive emotions, adding that his life's motto can be summed up as "be happy and make other people happy."
