Parlatuvier residents shocked by death of mom, children

Shortly before the bodies of Sarah Smith and her two children were found in a water tank in Parlatuvier, residents say the 33-year-old woman began acting erratically. Their deaths have left the community in shock, and one friend said she moved to Tobago for a better life. Elizabeth Gonzales reports.
