Parliament has held a special sitting to pay tribute to Muhammed Ssegirinya, the former Kawempe North MP who died yesterday. The Speaker of Parliament, Annet Among, described Ssegirinya as a selfless and fearless lawmaker who truly loved Uganda and his constituents.
