Patrons attending Old Year's Night Ball in for a lucky treat

Patrons attending this year's annual Black and Silver Old Year's Night Ball have the opportunity to win one of 200 scratch tickets. The lucky patrons will be among the first 200 people who pay at the door. This year the event takes place at the George Street Auditorium, Belleville, St. Michael. And promoter of the event Terry 'Toyan' Bynoe tells what's in store. Further, Mr. Bynoe says patrons have the opportunity to scratch for up to eight thousand dollars. He says the event will be hosted by the legendary Patrick Gollop, and thanks all the sponsors.
