“PDM not about 1 million shillings only” - Nabbanja says it encompasses holistic dev’t of the parish

The Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Robinah Nabbanja, has said that the public should not view the Parish development model- PDM as just one million shillings being distributed to individuals, but rather a holistic government programme aimed at improving household incomes. Nabbanja made the clarification while meeting local leaders from the sub counties of Kasambya, Kisengwe, Mpasaana and Mpasaana town council at her country home in Kakumiro.
