Penal family forced to wash with contaminated pond water

With no pipe-borne water for six months, Shafeek Ally and his wife Josanne have been forced to do the unthinkable.   A dirty pond near their Penal home is the source of the water they use for laundry and to flush their toilets. And they're both fully aware of the risk to their health, but they tell Radhica De Silva and Ivan Toolsie that they have no other choice.
