Penalty proposed for owners of overgrown lots

The owners of overgrown lots could see a penalty on their next Land Tax bill if they don't remedy the issue. This was revealed by Attorney General Dale Marshall, as Government officials responded to concerns of St. Lucy residents during the latest Parish Speaks.
