People's Progressive Party questions proposal for electing Leader of Opposition

The leadership of the People’s Progressive Party is skeptical that the proposal to have the Leader of Opposition in Parliament elected by Opposition MPs will solve the challenges faced by opposition parties. The proposal is the brainchild of Mityana South MP, Richard Lumu. They instead advocate for reforms generated by opposition parties as a unified group. Parliament granted Lumu leave to introduce the amendments to the Administration of Parliament Act a fortnight ago at the regional sitting in Gulu. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition Subscribe to Our Channel For more news visit http://www.ntv.co.ug Follow us on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/ntvuganda Connect with us on Messenger via m.me/NTVUganda
