Peru is preparing to host this year’s Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Meetings in Lima. It’s the third time for Peru and comes at a point of economic recovery and low employment. Many people hope the meeting of member economies from around the Pacific Rim will boost the bottom line of the host country.
