Peter Dutton edges ahead of Anthony Albanese as preferred PM

Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has edged out over Prime Minister Anthony Albanese as voters’ preferred choice for Prime Minister, according to a resolve poll. This is a dramatic reversal of results a year ago which showed Dutton lagging behind 20 percentage points. 38 per cent of voters say they would cast their primary vote for the Coalition, followed by 28 per cent for Labor.
