The Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) on Monday protested against the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority’s (MMDA) ban on mall-wide sales this Christmas season. While the PRA recognizes the traffic problem, especially along EDSA where more than 20 malls are situated, it said measures to address this should not curtail economic activity.
