Phase one of Pine Bluff wellness park underway, set to be nation's largest outdoor gallery

On Monday, Pine Bluff City Council members approved the construction for phase one of a new wellness park in the city. "This is the first venue in the Delta Rhythm and Bayous Cultural District," Sheri Storie, Executive Director of Pine Bluff Advertising and Promotion Commission said.
