On Wednesday, a Philippine official vessel ignored multiple stern warnings from China, made a sharp turn, reversed and deliberately rammed into a China Coast Guard (CCG) vessel in waters around China's Huangyan Dao, according to Liu Dejun, spokesperson for the CCG.
