Philippine Vice President Sara Duterte faces second impeachment complaint

Philippine Vice President Sara Duterte is facing her second impeachment complaint, filed by left-wing organisations in the House of Representatives. The process of impeachment requires a vote of one-third of the lower chamber before being endorsed to the Senate. But only minority lawmakers have backed the impeachment complaints so far.
