Sky News host Caleb Bond says the historian who Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek took advice from had tried registering every river and creek in the Shire as an Indigenous site. “The historian who helped convince Tanya Plibersek … $1 billion gold mine – would destroy Indigenous heritage had earlier tried to register every river, creek, lake and swamp in the Shire as an Aboriginal site,” Mr Bond said. “This is the woman whose word Tanya Plibersek took over the local Indigenous people, over the EPA of New South Wales, over the Premier of New South Wales, over her own Indigenous advisors in her own department.”
