The Coordinator, Patriotic league of Uganda, Tooro region, Henry Basaliza Mutegeki, has appreciated the president of the republic of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for appointing General Muhoozi Keinerugaba to the position of Chief of Defense Forces. General Muhoozi Kainerugaba assumed office of CDF on 28th March, 2024, replacing Gen. Wilson Mbasu Mbadi, at a ceremony held in Gulu district.
