PM BROWNE DECLARES CRIMINALS ARE ON THE RETREAT

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne says criminal elements are on the retreat, as he praises the robust response of members of the security forces to the uptick in violent crimes. He was addressing members of the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force during a recent dinner. Terry Andrew reports.
