PM Calls for More Aggressive Approach to Bail Prime Minister Philip Davis urged the judiciary to take a more aggressive approach on denying bail in circumstances where a repeat offender of serious crimes is at risk of becoming a victim of murder, or perpetrating a serious crime while on bail.
