PM: Coastal damage worse than thought

The damage to the island’s coastline infrastructure in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl is worse than initially estimated, says Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley. Updating the country during a press conference held at Ilaro Court, Mottley disclosed that the majority of the beaches on the West Coast were severely impacted, raising some concerns for the bread and butter tourism sector.
