PM: Focus on upgrading communities continues

The Prime Minister says that while communities across the country are being upgraded, it may not happen at a pace and manner that satisfies everyone. At the commissioning of the Diego Martin to Westmoorings Interchange, Dr Keith Rowley said he had a duty to ensure that the needs of the majority are met over the wants of a minority.
