PM hints at retiring

Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley may be preparing for retirement from political life. Dr Rowley hinted at this when he delivered the feature address at the opening of the newly refurbished Balisier house, the headquarters of the People's National Movement, last night. From Monday, the building will be opened to members of the public for party business. Rhondor Dowlat was there and brings us this report.
