PM Nabbanja establishes Kasingo irrigation dam to facilitate agriculture

Due to the current rainy season in Bunyoro and greater Kibaale, the Prime Minister of Uganda, Robinah Nabbanja, has decided to establish a standby and all year water dam in Kakumiro district.  According Premier Nabbanja, this dam will not only serve her interests, but the neighborhood will also benefit from its services.
