PM PIERRE CAUTIONS AGAINST RECKLESS STATEMENTS AMID US TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

Prime Minister, Philip J. Pierre , has cautioned against issuance of “reckless statements” in the face of possible US travel restrictions. He maintains that the government has not received any official communication from Washington , and could not verify media reports that Saint Lucia was on a draft list of 43 countries facing a travel ban to the US. Three other OECS islands face a similar threat if certain conditions are not met.
