While listing apparent U-turns made by Sir Keir Starmer since becoming Labour leader, Rishi Sunak referenced Sir Keir's position on transgender rights and suggested he has struggled with "defining a woman". Sir Keir immediately stood and questioned the prime minister's decision to raise it, given that Brianna Ghey's mother was visiting the House of Commons.
