PNM General Council meeting charts way forward

Arima MP Pennelope Beckles says she's "fine", after Saturday's General Council Meeting, where all 21 PNM members, including her, supported Port of Spain North/St Anns West MP Stuart Young to become the next Prime Minister. In a brief response to CNC3 News, Beckles said "yes" when asked if her vote for Young boiled down to her dedication to the People's National Movement. Meanwhile, senior PNM members who questioned the process before entering Ballsier House for the meeting, said they came out with more clarity on the way forward. Carisa Lee reports.
