Police fight off youths pushing access to JKIA airport

Heavy security presence and restrictions were put in place at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, as those who accompanied or were receiving passengers were restricted from accessing the airport. This followed warnings from the national police service that unauthorized persons planning to storm JKIA would be dealt with. Protesters were adamant about walking to JKIA despite the warnings in the latest shift in anti-government protests.
