Police minister challenges bail for suspected child rapist and murderer

No bail for the man accused of raping and killing 6-year old Amantle Samane, says Police Minister Senzo Mchunu. The 24 year-old suspect appeared in the Protea Magistrate's Court on Friday and is expected to apply for bail on the 1st of November.
