Police officer turned 'bank card thief' denied bail

The KZN police officer caught with stolen bank cards has been denied bail. Minenhle Makhaye made another appearance before the Durban Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday after being arrested earlier this month. He was caught with a bank card belonging to a hijacking victim. 11-year-old Zara Ramsamy was killed during the ordeal.
