Police urge the public to report potential terror threats over the festive period
Public events over Christmas, including markets, concerts and pantomimes, across the UK are 'vulnerable to attack' given the current terror threat level, and police are calling for the public to be their "eyes and ears". Security minister Dan Jarvis says there needs to be a "heightened vigilance" over the Christmas period, as tip-offs have gone up by 50% in the past year.
