Port update

As port operations normalized at the Port-of-Spain facility, no vessels were diverted to Point Lisas. Works and Transport Minister, Rohan Sinanan, says even though the workflow continues as normal, the option to divert cargo remains. But, the union says the underlying issue facing workers at the port remains. It's asking why port officials don't want to meet with them. Otto Carrington report.
