Phase 4 of the Post Office Horizon inquiry continues. Federick Leslie Thorpe is set to give evidence at the Inquiry today. Mr Thorpe is a former Post Office investigator involved in the criminal investigation of Alan McLaughlin and Maureen McKelvey.
