It's the first of two days of closing statements from core participants' legal representatives. The independent inquiry into the Post Office Horizon IT system and the resulting civil court case brought by postmasters which resulted in a £57.75 million settlement is now winding down. Monday's closing statements will be made by counsel representing subpostmasters, the National Federation of Subpostmasters, and UK Government Investments.
