Prague shooting: At least 15 dead after university student opens fires on campus

Investigators are working to determine the motive after a gunman opened fire at a university in Prague, Czech Republic, resulting in at least 15 deaths and injuring dozens more. Police believe the suspect killed his father in a nearby town before the shooting at Charles University, where the suspect was a student. Police sealed off Jan Palach Square and evacuated the school’s philosophy department and searched the building’s balconies for explosives. The suspect is among the dead, though it’s unclear whether he was killed in an exchange of gunfire with police. His name has not been released.
