Pre-dinosaur era reptile fossil discovered in Brazil

Brazilian paleontologists announced they discovered fossils of a reptile that roamed the earth in the middle-late Triassic, before dinosaurs existed. This discovery made in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul marks the fourth of its kind globally, with previous findings only in China and Argentina, and it’s the first one in Brazil.
