President Kagame urges vigilance against resurgence of genocide ideology.

Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame has called on the international community to be vigilant against the resurgence of genocidal ideologies any where in the world. Kagame made the remarks during the 30th commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, which brought together several dignitaries from around the world.
