President Ramaphosa reshuffles the cabinet

President Cyril Ramaphosa has made changes to his Cabinet. Thembi Simelane, who has been under fire for possible links to the VBS Bank scandal, has been moved from Justice to Human Settlements. In a straight swap Mmamoloko Kubayi, moves from her position as Human Settlements Minister to become Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development. Phumzile Mgcina, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Mineral and Petroleum Resources.
