President Yoon Suk Yeol 'brainwashed' by conspiracies leading to martial law declaration

South Korean Commentator Joung Hwang claims the “brainwashing” of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol led to him declaring martial law. “I just have to assume that President Yoon has been brainwashed by far-right… conspiracy theories,” Mr Hwang said. “Apparently, President Yoon believed that and the opposition who was attacking him was really anti-Korean. “He felt that he was justified in declaring martial law.”
