Presidential industrial hubs: Alupo lauds Museveni for youth skilling initiative

The Vice President, Jessica Alupo, has lauded President Museveni for spearheading the industrial hub initiative that has enabled the skilling of the youth to combat unemployment. Alupo was officiating at a graduation ceremony of the Teso subregion Industrial Zonal Hub in Soroti City.
