PRIME MINISTER ADDRESSES HEALTHCARE CHALLENGES, PROMISES MAJOR INVESTMENT

Prime Minister Philip J Pierre pledged sweeping investments to overhaul the island's struggling healthcare system. He says work will begin by year's end on several medical facilities, including a polyclinic at the old Victoria Hospital site and an expansion of the Owen King EU Hospital.
