Prime Minister labels firebombing of a Melbourne synagogue an act of terrorism

The Prime Minister has broken his silence on Melbourne’s synagogue firebombing as he labelled the incident as an act of terrorism. He has been criticised over his reluctance to describe the attack which occurred on Friday. Anthony Albanese is in Perth, where he met Jewish community leaders in the wake of Friday’s attack. “From my personal perspective, (the attack) certainly fulfilled the definition of terrorism,” Mr Albanese said.
