Princess Kate finishes chemotherapy and is 'focused on staying cancer free'

The Princess of Wales has spoken of her "relief" at completing her chemotherapy treatment and said her focus now is to "stay cancer free". In a video message released this afternoon, Kate added that she is looking forward to "undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can". The update comes six months after the princess revealed that tests carried out when she underwent routine abdominal surgery found cancer cells had been present.
