‘Where is Kate?’ The conspiracies are swirling… It's because photos of Kate being driven in a car by her mum in Windsor have just been published.  The photos weren't authorised by Kensington Palace, and they were taken while Kate continues to recover from 'abdominal surgery'.  That’s where the conspiracies start - her abdominal surgery - all we know for sure is she had major abdominal surgery in January and spent 13 nights in hospital. Ordinarily, members of the Royal Family wouldn't share their medical details or share very limited information. But was Kate's illness anything to do with William pulling out of an event with 45 minutes notice last week? All Kensington Palace said was that it was a 'personal matter' and we don't know anything beyond that.  William was back on public duties two days afterwards. So when will Kate be back in public?
