Singapore Defence Minister Ng Eng Hen said the priority is to avoid physical conflict in Asia. He said he does not think the world can take two conflict theatres -- one in the Ukraine and another in the Middle East. Dr Ng was speaking on the sidelines of the 60th Munich Security Conference, a global forum for debating the most pressing challenges to international security.
