PROBE INTO ALLEGATIONS OF EXTORTION BY ASSOCIATION OF FISHERIES AND LAKE USERS IN KIKUUBE & KAGA

Kikuube and Kagadi District security committees have temporarily suspended the operations of Association of Fisheries and Lake Users of Uganda on the pending investigations into the allegations of extortion. This is after a public outcry from the fishermen on Lake Albert on the Landing sites of Ndaiga in Kagadi, Senjonjo in Kikuube and Kitebere landing site in Ntoroko district.
